  • Teresa Collins

    Teresa Collins has been actively involved with the revitalization of the Historic Mossy Creek District since 2017. She has assisted with the planning and production of events in the historic district including Rockin’ the Creek Summer Concert series, Movies on Main, Mossy Creek Arts Festival, Hometown Christmas and the Independence Day Celebration & Parade. She is an active board member of the Heritage Center at Mossy Creek a 501 (c)(3) non-profit organization supporting the Old City Hall Project in the Historic Mossy Creek District. Teresa considers it an honor to be on the Old City Hall team as we bring this historic building back to life for our community.

  • Jeanne Musick

    Jeanne Musick has successfully run her retail decor and gift shop, ReVisions, within the heart of the Historic Mossy Creek District since 2020 and has been drawn to and intrigued by the Old City Hall building for years. She is very passionate about design and restoration and has been available to assist other local businesses in their design building process. One of her larger projects include designing the local ‘Battery Tasting House’ for Mossback Distillery. Jeanne is an active board member of the Heritage Center at Mossy Creek a 501 (c)(3) non-profit organization supporting the Old City Hall Project in the Historic Mossy Creek District. She has been appointed to Historic Zoning Commission by the City of Jefferson City, TN Jeanne is looking forward to all the good this project will bring to our communities.

  • Tony Di Giosia

    Tony Di Giosia has been involved with architectural design, construction and historic preservation for over 30 years. Upon moving to Jefferson City in 2017, he saw the need and potential for the redevelopment of Old City Hall, at the time one of East Tennessee’s “Endangered Eight” historic landmarks, and purchased it from Mossy Creek Lodge in 2018 to start restoration efforts. Tony is an active board member of the Heritage Center at Mossy Creek a 501 (c)(3) non-profit organization supporting the Old City Hall Project in the Historic Mossy Creek District. He has served on the board of the Mossy Creek Foundation and Jefferson City’s Historic Zoning Commission.
